The nose yields oak, soaked vanilla cherry sundae, coca cola. The palate has more cherry cola vibes and towards the mid palate you get a funky umami taste with a leathery tobacco back palate. The finish is medium with a decent Kentucky hug that drops off into drying tannins with a baking spice nuttiness. This is a deeply rich and complex sip.
